I have spent months looking for a bed, at several places, but I wasn't satisfied until I met Will and Brian at Metro Mattress.

Not only are the prices great, and I compared what they charged for a specific mattress against both local stores and the internet, and Metro Mattress had the best pricing and fantastic customer service.

Will and Brian were so patient with me when I wanted to try multiple beds and asked A LOT of questions. I have three, chronic pain disorders and I am used to waking up in horrible pain every day.

They helped me find the perfect, very comfortable mattress at a very reasonable price. (They also sell two types of sheets that are the nicest I have ever seen)!

I was shocked that I could spend about $800 for a Queen-size, Simmons Beautyrest Silver mattress, box spring and frame. (And, they have 6-month interest free financing).

Online, they wanted $1,000 for the mattress ONLY. And, Metro Mattress delivers in 2 days!

My wife and I went in to just look and see what was in our best interest. After an hour of sampling different mattresses and being informed honestly on what is in our best interest with professional salesmen ship we bought a new mattress and box spring set. All the while my 1 and half year old son roaming the store. Justin, who sold us the mattress and box spring set was very upfront, honest from the moment we entered the store and even understood our son's energetic and curious behavior of the different remotes. I really, really do not like pushy sales people. Really. So I steeled myself walking into Metro Mattress in Horseheads - I only wanted to buy a specific pillow. And yet… I came out with a whole new mattress and adjustable frame! Why? Because of Ben. Instead of pushing, he listened. He asked really good questions.
