Lauren has been doing my full head highlight since 2016 and will forever see her for my hair. She does an amazing job making sure I am happy with my hair and she is very great at making sure my blonde highlights are even and blend with my natural hair. She goes above and beyond to make sure every step of the process from glazing to the timing of the foil with the dye in my hair is perfect. Lauren is very personable as well and down to earth. My experience at this salon is nothing less than perfect every time im here. I met one of the salon assistants (I forgot your name Im sorry!), who blow out my hair and straightened it. She was one of the most sweetest people I have met. She made sure my hair after it washed, was perfect and I trust her to do my next blow out. She took her time to make sure the blow out was what I wanted and how I wanted my hair parted. I will definitely book a blow out with her next time I need. She and Lauren deserve the best. I do not recommend, I feel like the owner wants to charge for high-quality prices with low quality performance. I asked for my hair not to be sprayed heavy with hairspray, but my request was overlooked., The young girl there she is most likely inexperienced. She could touch my hair and see that my hair is thin and maybe not linger so long with the hot curling iron on my hair. I usually pay $40 for an absolute outstanding hair curl by my hairstylist Nelly, but I came here because Nelly is closed on Mondays. So I decided to try this place with fairly good reviews, but I am very disappointed at how bad and fried my hair looks and how rude...
