I definitely donāt stop in often enough. Although I have never found my entire wardrobe at Tandy Wear, I always find 1-2 pieces that quickly become favorites. I am getting tons of compliments on a flowy boho style jumpsuit that I bought earlier this summer. Itās a great piece that can take me to the office, to dinner or for a walk in the beach. The price of that piece was great. I did also buy a Billy Joel sweatshirt from the juniors area. That was a bit more pricey, bc itās a trendy brand but when averaging out my 2 purchases that day, I did great. Also, that is the softest sweatshirt ever. I am glad I checked out both sides of the store. This store has been great for masks, for anyone who still needs them. I hope they continue to carry them for a bit longer. All of their masks are very comfortable to wear and there are fun colors and some plain colors, so men or women can get masks from Tandy Wear. Itās worth stopping in and I will be there more often. I canāt wait to see what is in store for Fall.

However, over the past year or two, Iāve noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you donāt, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing āletās cover you upā attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, Iām often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what Iāve expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types.
Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act ātrendyā misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers.

Both said I could return but never specified it was only store credit I would be getting back. Spent so much money to be told I could only get store credit back and not my money which I was told I would be getting back. After being told that I wasnāt told that by an employee who clearly would not know if I was told that since she was never there but I know I was or else I would have never spent that much money. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be seeing me or anyone I know shop there again. Stinks because a lot of people I know like this store but after that never again. Also, this one blonde lady working the counter was rude and disgusting after telling her I had to return something. Lady itās not the end of the world they didnāt fit . I suggest this store hire appropriate staff and make sure if anyone asks about returns to specify you can return but for store credit....
