Turf Tek USA — Attraction in Town of Huntington

pulled the trigger to get Turf Tek to install artificial turf on my front lawn due to constant battle of weeds from all my neighbors lawns. First impression means a lot to me, Andrew their rep. notified me to schedule a consult and take rough measurements. He was professional and prompt, he showed up to my house on time, off to a good start. He went over the procedure of installation and the different grades of turf. He recommended the Premium turf for the front yard for a great curb appeal. Which I agreed, he showed me the product with a good sized sample which he gave me to keep. Within 2 days I was sent a formal quote outlining the total cost and everything included with the installation as well as the warranty coverage of the turf. I was also given the opportunity to receive 0% financing of the installation which I took advantage of.. I signed the contract and Andrew notified me of my install date. Andrew also took final measurements to insure a proper amount of turf, material and any special needs for the install. On my install date the crew and supervisors showed up on time, the crew was friendly and professional. They worked quickly and cleanly. The supervisor asked me if I had any questions or concerns and gave me an approximate finish time for the job, before I left for work that morning. we I came home that day I had a beautiful front lawn, It looked perfect like real manicured grass.. We had adopted two dogs in the last year who destroyed our backyard from their playing and running.The backyard grass was destroyed and it literally was turned into a mudpit due to poor drainage in areas and excessive dog wear and tear.We looked for a solution and came upon Turf Tek.The account representative Andrew came over for an estimate and to show us the various grass types.We were given a proposal within a few days and were invited to the showroom to meet with Andrew and the owner Bill.They answered all our questions and gave us a tour of the impressive facility.We went ahead with their proposal and they walked us through items to be done prior to installation such as a stump removal and sprinkler heads to be capped.This was not a small job at 5900 square feet to cover and it was done in two days as they sent two crews to complete the job.It looks absolutely fantastic as it was installed perfectly.Each crew member worked hard and were very respectful.They were very meticulous in making it look perfect and in working around garden beds,a swing set and sprinkler access covers.You can't even see any seams.Andrew was fantastic to work with as he was courteous,prompt and great at answering our questions.This is a top notch company with a great product and an owner and employees who are upfront ,respectful and treat you as you would want to be treated.If you are looking for a turf solution,I wholeheartedly endorse Turf Tek and encourage you to use their services for a...

I never bother to right reviews because most contractors deserve a bad one. Not this one. I am in the construction business, I deal with big construction companies and crews everday. Turf Tek was one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. We have a high end home that we only put the highest quality accessories into, or we wait till we can afford high quality. Nothing that we buy, that we want to last comes from home depot !! I waited 25yrs to redo my house, put in a heated driveway, sidewalks. And only a high quality lawn would match. So, I weighed all my options and: Grass makes absolutely zero sense economically or ecologically. Never mind a crappy underground sprinkler system for $6k. ++++ they always look crappy anyway!!
