The woman at the register talked to us for around 10 minutes, telling us very personal and somewhat uncomfortable details of her life. I was given a timetable of a couple of days for the film to be developed and digitized. But, despite giving my phone number, I never received a call to inform of the films completion. I eventually called a few weeks later and was informed it had been done for weeks. The digital scans of the photos were well done and sent to me in a Google drive, but I also received cd backups of the photos and all the cds were so scratched that they barely worked and almost crashed my computer. I was in about a year ago to get a flash for my camera. the owner put a few non-functioning flashes on my camera and then scratched up my flash contact point with a screwdriver(he did it without asking me). he cycled my 25 years old camera very roughly even though we were just testing flashes out. the camera jammed up the very next time i cycled it after i left the store. i had to ship it to a repair shop that specializes in olympus cameras to get it fixed :(. if u do wanna go here, don't let the employees or owner touch your camera; it may leave in worse shape than how...

Wow is all I can say after walking out of here. This man treated us like I’ve never been treated by a business owner before. We came in with an old Polaroid camera wanting to learn how to use it and buy some film. He was so helpful and thorough showing us everything we needed to know. We spoke for a couple minutes and you can just tell that this man has a heart of gold.
