I don’t know too much about jewelry, so I need to go to a store and not just cyber shop it like I do most things. My experience with Frassanito Jewelers has always been a good one. My first experience was buying earrings for my mom a few years ago. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and a price range. They did not give me too many earrings to choose from, making my job easy. My mom still wears those earrings.Now to the present; I wanted to get engaged to my girlfriend on our second year anniversary of our first date. So, of course, I waited till 3 days before I needed the ring, and in the startup of Christmas season. Again I told them what I was up to and a price range. Again, they gave me just a few choices so I could actually choose without being completely overwhelmed. I chose and left with the ring all gift wrapped.They did tell me I needed to do something memorable with the delivery of the ring.So…I invited my girlfriend over for dinner, I had a dozen long stemmed roses, and I was dressed in a suit. She thought that was it, a nice bouquet and dinner reservations; she was a little confused about the suit. I had her stand in my kitchen to wait for another present. I got at my computer and remote controlled my robot to start traveling through the kitchen towards her. She was more confused. As the robot approached her, I had it lift its camera arm up with the ring attached to it, (still in the box with the ribbon and bow.) My girlfriend was thinking I was giving her the robot. I told her there was a box tied to it, and the robot was not the gift! She was so surprised when she opened he box and saw the ring. It took her many minutes to say yes because she was so caught off guard.I am now taking a lot of credit for picking out a beautiful ring when I must credit Rachel Frassanito for making it an easy task.Thanks...

I called Frassanito Jewelers because I saw a pair of Hearts on Fire earrings that were retired on there web site. Which I once saw in Jamaica and did not buy. Had buyers regret since. Spoke to Shaina who was so sweet and caring and very professional. She informed me that they are retired earrings and that they probably could not be gotten.I told her my Jamaica story. She did take my information and said she would mention the situation to her boss. She was so sorry. I said thanks so much anyway and hung up very disappointed. The next day I got an email from Shaina that she had found my Sweet Dream retired earrings. I was so excited and called her right away. She said after mentioning the situation to Diane her boss that they both searched and found them for me. I could not believe that they went out of their way the way they did for me. I don't know where they found them but so grateful they did. I am in customer service myself and always go above and beyond for clients but don't always experience it back. Shaina and Diane are not only amazing business people they are kind, caring, honest, and compassionate and extremely professional. I recently purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend from Frassanito Jewelers and was thrilled with my experience there. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly; a combination that made the process of finding a ring a truly enjoyable one. My new fiance is in love with the engagement ring and I catch her staring at it with a smile throughout the day.

I was left a diamond by my grandmother and was looking for a platinum setting. I called ahead and briefly spoke to the staff about coming in to look for a ring with a vague notion of what exactly my girlfriend (who does not have a great affinity for jewelry) would like. When I arrived I was impressed with the wide selection and quality of engagement rings available. Diane worked with me to chose a ring that had a timeless and classic look that I immediately loved. I purchased the ring that day and the turnaround to have the ring made vas very fast. The ring came out beautifully; I loved the way it highlighted my grandmother's diamond. It has four smaller stones surrounding it (two on each side) and the platinum ring looks great. To say that my fiance loves the ring would be quite an understatement.
