Iâm sorry to have to provide such a low rating but I was seriously underwhelmed just now. Iâve driven by many times and was hoping to have the experience of others in the reviews, but it wasnât so. I know theyâre busy at 9:30am and there are lots of pick-up orders but it was a bad experience. I wasnât clear on where the pick up area was. My drink wasnât ready so I was waiting but she didnât call out who/what is ready so I kind of had to guess and check. That was really disappointing since I said what I ordered when asking about the pick up area. Why not announce the drink or the name of the customer thatâs clearly printed on the sticker or something? If I hadnât guessed it could be mine bc it was a large, and gone to check, it wouldâve sat there until I asked again.
I never wait 10+ minutes at Starbucks and I go every morning. But ok so itâs not a huge chain, maybe waiting longer will be worth it⊠no. It tastes like coffee, not espresso, and the burnt bitter aftertaste is horrible. I donât taste the sweet excitement of a macchiato, I taste milk, and then an unpleasant aftertaste similar to the smell of coffee that dripped on the hotplate and has been burning all day. I am very disappointed with my caramel macchiato and I probably wonât be back. I went with 2 stars instead of 1 bc I think the employees meant well but were maybe in over their heads, and bc itâs bright and cheery inside, which I liked better than the dusky atmosphere of Starbucks. Iâm going to soldier through this beverage because it was expensive - more than Starbucks - but Iâm pretty sad that it was...

Wanted to try their coffee at home.. tried their profile quiz on the website to help decide which to order - details unnecessary, but it just did not work. Clicked the chat to get support and found a bvery knowledgable, friendly, patient, and helpful support person who walked me through matching their coffees to my taste preferences. I asked for their name so I could give them kudos to their supervisor, They replied: "This is Greg actually. I happened to be on the support line today to chip in" - How great! Impressive of Greg. And he wasn't going to say anything until I asked! I then asked about buying the grounds at the new Melville branch which is not too far from me, and he said, "Our store leader Emily is there today. If you ask for her she will really roll out the red carpet for you." I went. I met Emily who was indeed gracious and helpful despite the fact that they were very busy! Glad to see how busy they were! So thank you, Greg! Thank you, Emily! And the coffee, "Dark Enough" was very good. Recommended if you like a...
Read moreI've been such a major fan of Gregory's since inception. It's rare to come across a brand that so well caters to the diverse ways consumers eat these days. And the brand consistently strives to deliver (and does) a menu of items that welcomes everyone's dietary needs: from the old-fashioned faves to artisanal vegan/gluten free options. As well, coffee selections are pretty fantastic. Layer on top of this a welcoming, lovely team, and it's sincerely a pleasure to be a customer. Loving the tech forward experience too.
At this location, Emily and team are just the loveliest. Knowing my husband and I have food allergies/sensitivities, Emily saved the amazing banana chocolate chip muffins for us, so we'd have a great day.
If youâre walking by any of the locations, highly recommend stopping in. You wonât be...
