I went to pick up two charms I ordered online. When I got there there was a man standing in the doorway waiting to be called. I formed a line behind him and once he went in I did the same and waited on someone to call me. Lisa called me in and she was fairly pleasant and helped me. While I was with Lisa I thought maybe I should pick up a gift for my Mom. Lisa showed me some charms one which I liked. I advised Lisa that I wanted to order online because I wanted to use a payment method that I didnât have on me and told her I would step out so she could take the next customer. I made the order online and got back online. While I was at the front of the line waiting like the man before me Daphne came out and didnât even greet anyone with a Good Morning or anything she proceeds to just asking me to step back because they have one door open which was understandable however there was no greeting or pleasantry to it. She then asks who has an online order I explained that I had an online order however I just did it and wasnât sure if it was ready or not. She didnât address what I said just proceeded to help the Hispanic women behind me. While sheâs helping them Sandra calls me in. I explained to Sandra that I was previously working with Lisa and I wanted to pay for the bags that she gave me and pick up and online order to which Sandra asked someone and checked to see if the order was ready. The order was in the system so I went over to the counter. Daphne was there still helping the Hispanic young ladies that were behind me. I mentioned to Daphne that I told her that I had an online order and she still proceeded to take the women behind me. She followed up with not an apology or anything but that I said I wasnât sure. Honestly I didnât even have to add the part in about when I made my order it was an online order period. So Sandra is helping me and doing a great job at that and when sheâs done she didnât print the receipt so she asks Daphne how and she proceeds to tell me I can just use the receipt from my online order. Itâs Christmas Eve, Iâm sure almost every order is a gift. So she didnât know how to print the receipt and asked someone for help, but wth happened to customer service?! Daphneâs name tag wasnât visible so I asked Sandra for everyoneâs names because I wanted to make sure I was clear. Outside of Daphne the service was okay, however I would suggest management follow up with a refresher on unconscious bias and customer...
Read moreHorrible experience! Would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to another one! I have been going to this Pandora for years. Today, I went to the store to get my daughter's bracelet cleaned. When I arrived at the store, other people were being helped, which I completely understand, so I waited for my turn. After about a 15- minute wait, the woman approached me and I informed her that I wanted to have the bracelet cleaned as well as purchase an engraved item as well as another traditional charm. The woman proceeded to take my bracelet, came back three minutes later and handed me the bracelet back, WET. When I looked at the bracelet, there was still a good amount of tarnish on the bracelet. When she asked me where the bracelet was being stored, I replied a jewelry box. She informed me not to do that - she said it should be stored in a plastic bag. I'm not opposed to learning something new so I thought that was good advice that I could pass along to my daughter. While talking to me, she proceeded to try and wipe off additional dirt on the bracelet with a microfiber cloth then handed the bracelet back to me and asked if I needed anything else as if I already hadn't had an entire conversation with her beforehand. I politely informed her that I would just go to another Pandora to purchase my items and I wished her a great day.

Read moreI do not recommend ever shopping at this location. Went in to re size a ring my boyfriend had given me the previous night as a Christmas gift. As soon as we walked in her demeanor was obvious in not wanting to help us. Grabbed the ring and receipt right out of my hand, she glanced over the ring and then told us there was a scratch on it and said she wouldnât be able to help us. My boyfriend and I were shocked since it had been sitting in the box it came in for weeks and I wore it for about an hour before bringing it to this store. She rudely asked how long I had been wearing it and I said today because I needed to see how it fit before deciding if I wanted to get a new size. She then told me again there was nothing she could do about it. Mind you this interaction lasted about 30 seconds before we were basically kicked out of the store. Didnât even care to explain what we should do about it or showing us other rings to make another purchase. Could have gotten a sale out of us if she wasnât so incredibly rude or even tried to help a little bit. Brought it to another pandora store they said nothing about a scratch and I was able to exchange the ring for a...
