I dislike this location since they renovated it. They got rid of the cosmetics section all together. Additionally, they removed a good percentage, seems like 50%, of the personal hygiene brands and products.. used to buy my hair products here but they no longer carry the type I use, the brand only has 2 options on the shelf. The mouthwash I like, again, the only option is in the flavor I least prefer and a small size. Stopped carrying my toothpaste too. They carry less vitamin/supplement brands as well. The whole hygiene section is really limited and now I buy that stuff at CVS where they have bigger selections and that $60 or so bucks a month goes to them. I would prefer to buy all my household needs in one stop so the fact that I can no longer use this location for a large grocery trip is disappointing. I still buy some of my groceries here because I pass it on the way home from work and it's convenient to stop for a few things. However, I don't spend what I used to here and that's due to the limitations of the products they carry. Another problem, I liked the layout better before they renovated it. Now the dairy section is a crowded nightmare to deal with as it shares an isle with frozen foods and to top off they constantly place displays in the center of the isle to make it even more difficult to navigate. I don't think it was planned out very well. The workers are friendly until you use coupons, then they're rude to you and act like you're stealing from them if you question why they didn't accept one. Yesterday, I had a total of 5 coupons and 2 didn't scan. The woman handed them back to me and said they weren't accepted. I asked why and then she became snippy. Saying, if the register doesn't take it then I can't use it. Even though the coupons weren't expired and I had the correct products in my cart. I told her I had never heard of them not being able to key a coupon in if the coupon was used correctly. The worker told me it was a new policy and they weren't allowed to do that anymore then said "I think because they're paper and we really don't accept paper coupons anymore unless they're our own." I don't use a whole lot of paper coupons, maybe $5 worth per trip, but if they won't scan them when the register isn't up to date then I'll be buying even less here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI prefer this location over others because of the produce and bakery section. I really love walking into the store directly into the produce and bakery section in the front of the store. They have great and fresh produce, and they post the sale signs accordingly. I love the ādump cakesā they sell for like $4 when Iām in the mood for something sweet to eat in my car before I get home to cook for my family, haha. They have carrot cake, cookies and cream, strawberry shortcake⦠they are so delicious and so filling for the price. They also have much more precut cold cuts to grab and go than other locations which is very convenient. All of the employees in the aisles have been super helpful and kind when needed. Unfortunately the cashiers are a little rude when I had asked a question. This happened on 3 occasions. Overall I love this store they are always well stocked and have fresh food. Other locations have had expired food on the shelf and rotten fruit which isnāt acceptable. This store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely rude. I went to recycle cans and bottles and I was literally harassed a ridiculed the entire time in this store by staff. After recycling I brought the left over cans and bottles the machine wouldn't take to customer service. This is where I encountered a rude woman who told me to take all dirty 30 cans and bottles out of the bag and put on the counter. Then proceeded to tell me she can only cash out 6$ of my vouchers when I'm pretty sure state law is 12$ if not more.
I then went shopping and while waiting in a very long checkout line the angry rude customer service woman walked to the cashier told her to walk back and look into my cart. The cashier left her cashier register with all of these people waiting, walked all the way back and looked into my cart and then walked back laughing saying "he's paying with them". (I had my vouchers on my jacket in the top part of the cart I guess she saw them).
This place harasses and ridicules people who want to...
