Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Tried ordering on the app, would not work so I tried going inside but doors were locked even though it was only 7pm and there were people inside eating. So i tried the app again still wouldn't work so i was going to try going through the drive thru when i realized someone else tried to go in and knocked and the other customers let him in so I did the same. I was told I couldnt order what I wanted in the store only on the app, I told the girl the app isn't letting me place my order and was told then I couldn't have what i wanted. So i spent 10 minutes trying on the app again, it kept telling me to put a payment method in even though it was already there, finally after going through Google pay it worked. I know the app is not this stores problem but after placing my order it took 35 minutes to get my order. They were not very busy at the time and even though we ordered a bit of stuff it should not have taken 35 minutes. Then we get home and were missing 3 items. I...

Taco Bell at this location is very clean! The employees are always nice. The wait is sometimes long at peak hours and late night but it’s not too bad. Orders are usually correct without missing items or wrong items. Only con would be that they don’t offer every item that the other local Taco Bell has, and they also have slightly higher prices for the same items as the Taco Bell down the road.

*Update: This Taco Bell has nice employees but the orders take a very long time, especially the ones for delivery. Store has been very dirty lately, you can see in the pictures I posted. Also, while waiting inside for a good 15 minutes for an order, I watched a female employee with a blondish ponytail wiping her nose with her arm, and continue to make food. She kept touching her face with her gloves on and never changed them, continued to make food. I would never order from here for myself. It’s not as bad as 2186 Jericho but it’s...

I ordered pickup with the Taco Bell app from this location. I came in after I got the notification that my food was ready and stood at the counter for ten minutes being ignored while 3 employees stood in the kitchen and talked to each other. A 4th employee came out of the back and gave me my food after first telling me they didn't have it, I had paid for extras via the app and not only did they give me the wrong ingredients in all 3 items I ordered, but the extras weren't included. Went back in and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because it was an online order. I would have understood if they'd been busy and made a mistake but I was the only customer there. I rechecked my app order twice just to be sure I'd ordered correctly. Don't come to this location unless you love wasting a bunch of your time and getting the wrong food and being treated like you're a jerk when you ask for...
