I was here over 2 weeks ago to take my son for some ice cream before he left me for 2 weeks. On what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening turned into just the most stressful time. My cup bottom broke and the entire Blizzard fell in between my console. To make matters worse, literally just got my car cleaned 2 hrs earlier. I contacted the store and the next day I am assuming the manager, Jessica contacted me. I told her I would be more comfortable contacting my dealership due to the fact my car is a lease and going on their recommendation of reimbursement of the earlier wash (which doesn't get the milk product out of the carpet and all the hard to reach areas and track). She said that was fine and to let her know. My dealer took some time getting back and I even turned down the full detail at a cost of $425 and told them it was just the driver side seat. So when they came back at a fraction of the cost I sent it over to Jessica. Mind you I have not heard from her since the day she called and I sent the photos as per her request. I have called, they don't answer when I call but when I block my number someone answers and when I ask for Jessica I get a please hold and then someone comes back and says she isn't here. The second I mentioned that I was there for my special needs child I was yelled at and got hung up on. I sent in multiple complaints about this location and specificly the manager that has an issue with special needs kids since she still laughed at me.
They closed early last night and refused to serve me and the 4 cars behind me. Today the indoor dining was closed. When I called to find out why the manager yelled at me and then laughed at me when I told her I was upset about the service 2 days in a row when I was just trying to get my autistic son ice cream. MY ONLY complaint with DQ is that y’all can never put enough candy throughout my blizzard 😭 I can’t be the only one with this issue.
