Very unorganized. Employees need better training and need to learn how to speak to customers - Especially the women behind the checkout counter.

After standing behind someone being checked out for 10 minutes , I was rudely told that that register wasn’t even open and the line was on the other side… hmm - so why sit there looking at me standing in line waiting to be rung up? Will not be visiting this location again unless they can train their...

Like the other "1" said. No help. Not even a greeting. I am some what of a regular at Williams-Sonoma when I travel. I just stopped in to pick up a couple Shun knives as I wanted to cook at the hotel and bring a few more for back for my collection at home. I saw 2 employees in there.
