New York Avenue Deli — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Bought two “Burgers Deluxe” advertised in there menu, supposed to come with Bacon, cheddar, bbq sauce served with fries.

Got two buns, beef patty and lettuce that I asked for, served with fries, no Bacon, no Cheddar and no BBQ sauce, when I called to ask she said “I asked you how you wanted your burger and I told her medium, and i was supposed to clarify that i wanted the bacon, cheddar and bbq sauce that the burger said it came with in the first place.

Didn’t understood very clearly the logic that this lady was using but it just didn’t make sense for me and I felt deceived.

By the way the burger seemed cooked instead...

The food is decent enough but honestly, ordering from here isn't worth it. It's a chore. I've ordered from here so many times and so often there's an issue with the food not being served as described in the menu. At first I thought it was a fluke, but it's just how they operate. DO NOT GO TO THIS DELI. I HAVE SAID FOR YEARS THAT THIS DELI IS TRASH THEY TAKE LONG AS HELL TO MAKE A SIMPLE SANDWICH AND THE SANDWICHES ARE SMALL AND NOT GOOD.
