Update** because I hate leaving bad reviews based on one bad moment.. I’ve ordered again and did not have the issue. Their smoothies are still delicious when I don’t feel like making them myself. Although I am still perplexed by the order below I still recommend them!

I usually enjoy this place but today on DD, I got a bland coconut smoothie instead of the chocolate cacao cookie butter smoothie I ordered. That’s a huge difference.. I don’t even like coconut. Thank god DD handles all issues themselves so I got my money back but I hope this does not occur again. It’s not like I received a note stating they were unable to make the smoothie I requested for whatever reason so I have no idea...

Been here a few times and service is always slow. Employees seem annoyed often for no reason. Last time I was in for a smoothie that is advertised as 50% off in their window. I was told that's only with the coupon (the sign says nothing about a coupon) and then I was told that it wasn't discounted bc "corporate didn't put the discount in the computer." I don't know why you would advertise something as discounted during certain hours if that's not the case. Food has always been decent but pricey and service...

Ordered 2 açaí bowls at 11am on a Monday; store opens at 7am…somehow it’s justifiable that the $26 acai bowls (I ordered 2) are frozen and crunchy. All you can taste is the ice 🙃🙃🙃 Turns out the bowls I bought were made yesterday (Sunday).

What an expensive disappointment. Take your chances with this location. Wish I had better feedback to leave. The staff is just doing their job. Management/owner needs to get a grip on how to run...
