I love my nails. Will return. Update: I originally gave the salon four stars but on two separate occasions when my friend and I made appointments for first opening; they were already working on peoples nails. The first time we arrived the wait was not that long but the second time we arrived Ryan, who I requested, was already working on someone else's nails although I had an appointment. So here he is going back and forth between us. Ryan did apology. I feel he is nice. What made me give the salon two stars is the apparent look of my nails after just 7 days. The gap at the cuticle is already starting to show and some of my gems fell off. Since I started going here, my nails have been done by Ryan, Chole, and Ring. Surprisingly Ring did my nails the worse, and she has/had good reviews. Ring also had to stop to do someone's eyebrows which she asked me first and I said fine but still. After a week, my nails already started to mess up. This place must use cheap nail products; my nails do not last beyond a week. I gave them more than enough chances; unfortunately my friend and I will not...

The first time I went before Thanksgiving, they earned 5 stars. The staff was pleasant and the shop was very clean. I was the only one there, so they took their time with my Gel Nails and Pedicure, which I greatly appreciated; it made me feel like I had booked the place all to myself. But the appointment before Christmas didn't go as well. I had to return because I had several nails that the Gel Polish didn't dry well. I contacted them and returned to have them repaired. The same guy repolished my nails, but after getting home, the same thing happened to two more of my nails. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy, but I didn't call back. I understand that things happen, but I've never had this happen any other time I've gotten Gel Polish... either they weren't allowed the proper time to set, or the Polish is old. Either way, I think I'll give them one more chance, but I'll just go to the guy who did them...

This is my favorite nail salon! Recently I’ve been spending a lot of time in Connecticut. I’ve been trying to find a decent nail salon near where I spend all my time just for convenience and ease. However, no place compares to New New. When I get ANC done at New New, the manicure tends to last upwards of a month or so which is important to me bc I feel like I’m always so busy to keep up with getting my nails done every 2 weeks. I work in retail so I like having my nails looking good but also, I do a lot that could break them easily so this says a lot. Every other nail salon I’ve gone to in Connecticut the nails break or chip so easily every time. Most recently I got my nails done at a salon in CT my friend recommended and 2 of my nails chipped within a week. I don’t know what is done differently at New New but it’s definitely something! New New will forever...
