Great Wall — Restaurant in Town of Hyde Park

WHERE’S THE CHICKEN? Tonight, I ordered two orders of sesame chicken. The chicken was reduced to a size of a pea. The glaze and sesame seeds out numbered the chicken. The chicken was mostly bread and very hard to chew.

Customer service was TERRIBLE. After calling the establishment, the man on the phone said the sesame chicken is suppose to be fried and that we cook the chicken fresh. The man said, “We will keep an eye on it” and was unwilling to address the situation. We didn’t ask for anything free but wanted something to be done about it.

Food was done quick and was absolutely delicious. Some of the best Chinese I’ve had in quite sometime to be honest! We usually go to pleasant valley but will definitely be coming back here for more. I got sautéed broccoli and veg friend rice vegetables were fresh and crisp my husband got the sweet and sour chicken combo and was also impresse with the quality chicken. I ordered food to pick up, there were no signs saying that you have to pay cash and I've gotten from them before and payed with my card but this time they told m I had to pay cash and wouldn't let me pay with card. Their machine wasn't broken they just wouldn't let me pay with my card for no reason. I didn't have enough cash and had to wait for someone else to bring me money.
