We purchased a built in Murphy Bed from California Closets. One of our friends recommended them to us. After the initial phone call to set up an appointment, we were visited by Alexis Reiss, a designer. She was on time and very professional.

We have an 24 yr old, autistic grandson who has come to live with us in a one bedroom condo. He was sleeping on a blowup bed in our living room. Rather than move to a larger condo or purchase a home, we thought a Murphy bedf might work.

After evaluating our situation Alexis showed us California Closets Masterpiece murphy bed. My wife wanted some additional shelving and storage and Alexis added a cabinet and side shelves. It was just what we were looking for. The price was fair, affordable and within our budget. Delivery was in eight weeks, which was reasonable. No need to look further, the deal was closed.

Eight weeks later, technicians Ricky and Ronnie arrived. The worked quickly and neatly and installed the units within three hours. Very professional.

Since then the unit has worked flawlessly and grandson Bobby proudly demonstrates his bed to all visitors. He can deploy the bed in a minute. The mattress supplied with the unit is thick, comfortable and luxurious.

I inquired about closets for my new home and met with Michelle. She came to my home and was respectful, polite, and patient while my consultation took place. Michelle listened, measured the spaces and masterfully explained the entire process to me. Once her designs were completed I was invited to come to the impressive showroom in Sayville to review the design in person and go over any changes - I was also given samples and a fun goodie bag. I could see the design in 3D and make the slight adjustments at that time. I needed to envision the closets in my space and Michelle was gracious enough to print out the mock ups for me. I was able to make one more change as once I saw the color pictures and my space I changed my mind on one closets coloring. And that was that! The experience was nothing but easy. I was able to get my appointment quickly. Stefanie my sales rep came to my home and was very professional and helpful in designing my closet. CC was able to install my closet within two weeks of making the sale. Everything was quick and easy and with no mess. I'm in love with my new closet. The quality of the material used is top notch. I did have an issue with one of my drawers so I contacted CC and they came back to my house to pick up my drawer and fix it. There was no problem at all.
