The worst customer service. I brought in my tablet for a screen replacement. I was told two days by the clerk. Five days later when the owner answered the phone, I was told that was incorrect. That he, the owner, places the parts orders on Monday and it would be ready Thursday. He would call and tell me it was done. The following Monday, no answer, no returned calls, no returned emails. Tuesday the same. I go to the shop and its closed. I call the main phone # for the franchises. They promise a response. Finally I get a call that Thursday from the owner. He has an attitude and says that the vendor sent the wrong part. I asked about returning phone calls and he says he is very busy. He promises my tablet by Monday. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday go by without a return call or email. Thursday afternoon after calling the franchise office again, I get another call. This time I am promised it by Friday. Friday comes and I am told it will be ready by closing, that he will call me. Saturday morning I go to the shop at 11am, it opened at 10am. The lights are on and the open signs are lighted. I call the # and the owner answers. He says his employee is out to lunch. I said "its 11am, you opened at 10 and they're gone already?" He replies loudly that its our right to eat and that i am bothering him. I only want my tablet, when will he return? 10 minutes, maybe 15. 35 minutes later I'm calling again to learn he is close by. BEWARE - Do NOT go to this store. They are liars, theives and scammers. I took my brand new (less than 6mos old) iphone 14 in for what I now know from Apple was a 1 hour simple fix of a cracked back plate. iFixScreens Islip had my phone for 3 weeks, fried the entire inside of the phone, stole the Apple battery, replaced it with an after market battery, charged me an extra $100 for the after market battery, broke the forward facing camera which they can't fix. My brand new $1,400 phone has ZERO value now that it's been touched and destroyed by iFixScreens Islip. iFixScreens Islip won't refund my $300 or take any responsibility for ruining my brand new iphone 14. I took it to Apple and they can't touch it or fix what iFixScreens Islip destroyed because the phone has been tampered with by iFixScreens Islip. BEWARE! These people are liars, theives and scammers!!!! Take your phones to Apple. NEVER let these guys touch any of your devices. I had to learn my lesson the hard way. Got my screen “fixed” by Jesse. In a week and a half’s time my phone ever since had glitching problems and would constantly overheat while driving , my went dark from the slightest fall on a carpet. I head over to the store and spoke with another employee there , they was able to show me my phone still worked and had a crack . Not on top of the screen, it was literally underneath the screen. He showed me by rubbing his fingers on the glass where you can’t feel the crack. Didn’t make any sense to me at first, they tried to get me to pay another 260+ after seeing my profile that I was just there. So I went to a place more local and the guy showed me that there was a tiny screw that wasn’t fully in and that made percent sense on why half my phone always glitched and over heated.
