I went to this location with my baby daughter for the first time, and as we were shopping I spotted a Ms Rachel doll that was on the sales floor. After asking an employee where they had more of them, she scanned it and told me it was the last one in the store. When I got to the register to purchase it the cashier told me he couldn’t sell me the toy because it’s not released for 2 more days. He told me to go to guest services to see if they could help me out. I went to guest services and explained the situation how I found this on the sales floor and if they can’t sell it to me for 2 more days can they at least hold it so I can come back and purchase it on the release date, seeing as they’re the ones who put the toy out on the floor in the first place. The lady said she couldn’t hold it for me, I asked for a manager. I hear the lady explain the situation to the manager, then he asks me what the issue is. I said I just heard her explain the issue but I’ll repeat it. He said this toy shouldn’t have been on the sales floor and it can’t be sold yet. I said that’s fine, Can I come back in 2 days when you’re able to sell it. He said no they can’t hold it for the 2 days. I called corporate who told me “Rest assured your voice has been heard.” I don’t understand how if someone that works there makes this mistake by putting a toy on the sales floor that can’t be sold until a certain day, why they couldn’t hold the toy for me until the release date 2 days later? I have worked in retail for 20 years, including at Target, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. There’s no reason why they couldn’t have held it aside for 2 days. They made the mistake of putting it on the sales floor. When I had asked the employee where they had others she didn’t say it couldn’t be sold; she said it was the last one in the store. I’d give 0 stars for this...

I placed a 6 item drive up order. I alerted the store via the app I was on my way . I arrived about 1 hour later and pulled into a drive up spot. I put in my drive up spot number and waited … and waited. I received a pop up that they were busy , that it would take a while longer.
After a while a drive up worker came to cat window and said two of my items were not in the drive up area and that she had went to the shelf but unfortunately they are now sold out of those two items. She says she canceled them and I would not be charged. I said “ their sold out “ she said sweetly yes I went to shelf that’s why it took so long . She then said to stay parked there someone would be out with a gift card for my troubles . Not that I needed a gift card but like a gullible dummy I waited fir another 10 minutes or so.
As I sat I checked the other items I did receive and one item was totally the wrong item ! I got it refunded thru the app .
After while it was approaching 9 pm and I decided to go into the store to find replacements for the supposed out of stock items…. Low and behold Both items were fully in stock in their correct locations ( used app to get to shelf location )
Angry now that I was lied to on both fronts I approach the customer service desk snd explain the situation. I want that gift card I was offered. In principle alone !
Anyhow , clerk was nice and helpful and listened and he provided a gift card .
However when I went to use it it was...
Read moreThis store never answers their phone. I’ve been calling them for over an hour regarding some stock that’s showing in store. Being that the store isn’t close to me I just wanted to double check that someone can locate the item before taking a trip. It’s very unprofessional you can literally hear the employees answer the phone and talking in the background ignoring the customers calling because they don’t want to deal with looking up dpci’s or checking for specific items. When I have some time I’m going to take a trip to the store and call them while I’m there in person to see what the General Manager says about what’s going on. I’ve called every single department and it’s like they are screening the calls to see it’s the same person calling and not answering on purpose. We will see how this plays out in person I would love to see the GM’s face when they see it’s me calling. Target is by far one of my favorite places to shop but these employees really make the experience the worst they possibly can what happened to just good ol. Customer service and people that actually care about the customer experience. This generation is literally doomed and very sad to see when you go in store they aren’t too busy at all they are just too lazy and comfortable stuck in their ways doing the least work letting the day go by just to get a check not one employee actually loves their job or what...
