Probably the worst health service experience I've ever had. I walked in to get my blood taken. Donna, (a blonde white middle aged woman with glasses) the woman that was going to take my blood, was putting information of mine into the computer. She was rude from the start, giving off terrible vibes, rushing me with everything. Had a condescending way of talking to me. Once her computer erased what she had typed she became more angry. After she fixed her computer issues I asked a few questions about the tests that were not covered by insurance, she turned full on evil on me. She couldn't not give me even 5 seconds to decide if I wanted to pay for tests that I did not know the cost of. I did not expect her to tell me how much it cost but she kept frantically saying " I don't know why your insurance can't cover it! I don't know how much it is!". All I wanted was some clarity on the situation. I suffer from severe anxiety and a seizure disorder and her hostel, loud tone through me into a panic attack and I started to cry and hyperventilate. I confronted her about her treating me as less than and she freaked out. I said please lower your tone and angry vibes I have anxiety. She then proceeded to run out of the room hitting her self on the door frame, that's how fast she walked out, and called me ridiculous. She then went to the front desk and I heard her call me a psycho. Totally flipped the situation on me. She was the out of control, medical worker who lacks patience and empathy. She should find a different kind of work. When I asked many other workers there her last name, they refused to give it to me. I called customer service đ. I hope I can help other people in the future. Do not come to this location. Donna needs to be...
Read moreI gave them 1 star just for the fact that the door was not locked during the day and the office is actually open when it said to be opened. These people made my child wait an entire day while fasting for a blood test. We called up early in the morning and they said just come in' so we showed up at 10:00 in the 'morning and I signed him in with the computer and then they told us to wait outside. 2 hours later we were still waiting outside. I went in to find out what was going on and they said he wasn't in the computer. So I signed him in AGAIN while in the office. he was starving because he had to fast since the night before and was waiting since the morning to take a blood test. I saw that they were taking people that were coming after us. The time on the waiting board kept getting longer and longer. I complain to the receptionist who said " sorry nothing I can do" . I looked in the back and there was only one staff member in the back doing all the lab tests and one person in the front monitoring check in with the person in the front kept going back and forth between doing labs and monitoring check in there was no secretary at the front desk and the waiting room was packed. this office is terribly Ron does no organization they were not very nice to...
Read moreThis is one of those reviews you make because of absolutely horrible customer service. On Saturday they apparently don't accept walk ins(the one convenient day off for many people during the week). Both myself and another Quest customer(stranger) walk in asking for a walk in appointment. Immediately we are met with a rude response from a female employee who seemed to be making everyone's day miserable because she isn't happy at work. Those are the vibes she's giving off when she rudely answers, "No, you can't make a walk in today" in a condescending voice like this is common knowledge. The stranger actually argues back with her saying how inconvenient it is and how she was being quite rude in her response. She didn't care, she doubled down. They ended at a stalemate by the customer trying to explain to her how to be nice to people, while she repeats "mhm" "mhm" . She is by far the grouchiest employee I've ever came across in any business. I'm surprised her attitude hasn't got her laid off yet...
