Twiggy Winks is an absolute gem and everyone working there is kind and joyful. I actually found my wedding dress here while helping the flower girl for my sister's wedding pick out her dress! The flower girl's dress wasn't available in her size so Donna, the owner, made it herself! (And at a reasonable price). The dress I found for my wedding is an incredible, gorgeous-in-every-way, vintage lace dress, from the early 1900s or earlier. It was an impromptu try-on and an impromptu purchase for a dress that felt like it was Kizmet and made just for me. Donna and her girls were so joyous to be a part of it! Although the dress fit perfectly, I became pregnant and got married when I was 36 weeks! Donna had no trouble at all in altering this vintage dress to fit me like a glove yet again! She was so casual and non-chalant about it; we couldn't believe it. Again, alterations were reasonably priced. Donna is exceptional. I cannot say enough about her warmth and skill level. I cannot say enough about how talented and wonderful Donna, the boutique owner is! My daughter and I stumbled upon her quaint shop on a Sunday afternoon while shopping for a Thanksgiving dress. That lead to browsing for Communion dresses, which, in turn, led to Donna handcrafting the most gorgeous Communion dress we could have ever imagined! Rhiannan's dress was absolutely stunning! As people were proceeding up the aisle to accompany their children to the altar to receive their first Holy Communion, they were actually stopping to compliment Rhiannan on how beautiful her dress was. What an incredible experience. They were so attentive to our family. We were planning our wedding and needed dresses for three girls (one with special needs) and three suits for young boys. She opened her store at least three Sundays in the coarse of two months just for us so my daughter would not be overwhelmed by having too many people in the store. She went above and beyond by finding shoes, socks and doing all the alterations for all the outfits. She took all the stress off of me so I was able to focus on the wedding.
