Out of the Blue — Local services in Town of Islip

I really did like this store. Until today I had purchased 2 necklaces one for myself and one for my niece. Within 2 weeks mine broke and I brought it back thinking I could get another one. However I was told that they could Not Exchange it and I would have to wait for them to contact the manufacturer. Since I live an hour away I chose to keep the broken necklace but this is a very bad policy and I think I should have been given a replacement and the manager Tara could have then argued with the manufacturer I will not be coming back and do not think I was treated fairly Terrible...

Amazing customer service, my daughter broke a ring she got from here. Went in to see if they would replace it. I was pleasantly surprised, she did!!! I let her know it was probably my daughter’s fault she went above and beyond. Will definitely keep shopping here. Everyone needs to shop at this adorable shop. Can definitely find a Christmas gift here 🎄highly recommended...

Stopped by this shop today with a friend and found so many pieces! Jackets, sweaters, scarves, jewelry, bags… all unique. It felt like every item was carefully selected to present a delightful shopping experience. Thanks for Maureen making us feel so welcomed....
