today i have experienced the BEST customer service, HANDS DOWN! I was on the hunt for a birthday dress for my 30th coming up. i came across the perfect dress but could not find my size. Cindy went above and beyond and even further. Not only did she check to see if it was available online, in a different store, she saw my size was available somewhere in the store. At the time she had several employees check and they were unable to locate the dress. She took down my name and phone number and advised she would call me back once she was able to find the dress. No more than an hour later, to my surprise Cindy calls me and tells me she found the dress! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CINDY FOR STAYING TRUE TO HER WORD AND ALSO PROVIDING GREAT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! I had horrible and very disappointing experience on6/28/19 @7:30. I am not only a customer but a retail manager. NEVER have i ever seen a mess. I wasn’t even greeted at the door nor was there any sense of urgency. Expect the only girl that was ringing up and helping customers. She was very sweet and helpful. As for the manager and the other associate they were in a corner chatting away with their friends and while i waited for a fitting room, i was pointed to one filled with dresses and hangers everywhere. Not one time did either one asked me if i was completely satisfied. They just gave me dirty looks and didn’t even help me. They need to change their staff around or they...

As I passed by the store I noticed the girls working there would just stare at you and give you like a weird stare as if they are something better than you or something that is all I get out of the stare without a greeting ..last time I went in there it was messy and no one seemed to be there just only one person at the register just staring me down like usual and not saying anything .. I wonder what their problem is sometimes .. anyways besides them the clothes are nice just wish they didn’t make going to the store feel uncomfortable.. their there to work and help not just to look good and stare down...
