Kohl's — Local services in Town of Lancaster

Terrible service. I ordered something online. It said it would be available for pick up. After a few days of waiting, the pick up order got changed until a week later. I needed it before a week and a half later, so I called Customer Service and asked if can I cancel. They said, no this is our policy. We do not return anything you order for pick up. They said you have to wait until it comes in and then leave it there and don't pick it up for a week. Then after you don't pick it up for a week, it will cancel AND take another 7 to 14 days to get your money back. So now I have to wait well over a month to receive my Kohl's cash back and my money back for this order. And IF they even return my Kohl's cash, which I doubt they will. I've always had great service at Kohl's in Lancaster. Today, I was picking up an online order. The salesperson came back with two push up bras that looked like they were for young women. They had lace and were pink/purple. When I kindly said that they weren't mine, the salesperson said "um, yes they are." Then she said is your name xxxx? I said no. I showed her my online order number and the pictures of the items. When she came back with them, she told me that I was all set. I told her that she should listen to the customers better, and I got a painful kind of apology. She was older with medium brown hair. I should have got her name. She shouldn't be in the customer service department. We all have bad days, and nobody knows what's going on in anyone else's life. I have worked in retail. You don't talk to...

I’m so upset after the returns I made today. I was confused why the person doing my return gave me $15 of Kohl’s cash. She said it’s because I used Kohl’s cash for my original purchase. I then went back to look at my original purchases. Two of the items I returned were all on one purchase of $53 on my card. The other purchase was a total of $56 and the item I returned from that purchase was $16. But I used a GIFTCARD for that purchase. So I only got $54 back on my card and the rest of the money was returned to me in kohls cash that I have 2 weeks to spend. (Instead of getting back my money in a gift card which doesn’t expire in 2 weeks). I don’t know if this is some scam policy Kohl’s has with their Kohl’s cash or the worker messed up but I’m honestly very upset. I’ve never had anything like this happen...
