Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Been to this location multiple times because it is most convenient, however the service is absolutely horrible. Multiple times through the drive through I have received the wrong order, with the wrong cream cheese. Have gone inside to place an order and not once but twice in the same time did they not listen to what I ordered and giving me the wrong product, basically to make less work for themselves they seem to do the easiest quickest option regardless of order. Then when trying to get the correct order nobody seems to care or actually listen again to a simple request like ordering a chicken bacon ranch, first being given chicken snacker, much smaller not what I ordered, then correcting that by giving just a chicken wrap with no bacon...a chicken BACON ranch would include bacon... The response from employees is an attitude and still nobody seeming to care. While waiting for their mistakes to be corrected, I was not surprised to see other people who went through the drive through come in because their order was missing items or incorrect. They all need to take a listening course as nobody here is able to listen to a correct order. I would recommend if possible to go to a different location run by employees who listen and...

I wish I could give this location less than 1 star. I have worked at a Tim Hortons before and I can’t begin to imagine how this happened. I ordered 2 large vanilla iced lattes and I went to stir mine and take a sip, but I noticed there were grounds in it. The other seemed fine at the time so I went back in and they remade it poorly. The woman remaking it didn’t even know how to make the drink and had to ask for help. We get the drink back and it looks okay. A few minutes later I look at both again and they both had grounds. I was disgusted and had to throw both out. It was such a waste of $9, and I couldn’t even return to get my money back. Now as I mentioned I have worked at a Tim Hortons and this has never once been a problem. We clean our machines daily and all I could come up with as an explanation is that they do not clean their machines. The espresso grounds get really backed up if not cleaned properly and I believe that is what happened. I am utterly disgusted and will never return to this horrible location. The same drivethru lady served us 2 days in a row, 5/19 and again 5/20. Both times the same lady gave us evil dirty looks of which both I and my daughter witnessed. Sadly this 2nd visit also cost us because that drivethru lady didn't offer our change back from the bill of $8.44 with a change back of $11.56 from a $20 dollar bill given nor a receipt offered which later the Manager says is custom that they don't offer receipts there unless asked. When I told the supervisor about not getting my change back they were in the process of counting the register. .93 cents over! Thus the server pocketed $11 that belongs to my daughter!! As a retired Head Store Mgr I can easily contact District or higher which I will do. The supervisor was nice but I see other complaints too about this location so 3.9 explains what's up. God bless.
