New review: Every time I go to this store I am well taken care of. The ladies there always understand the fact I live and work so far away and always accommodate me. The prices are great and their customer service is bar none, hands down the best. They are always friendly and always willing to help where they can. I’m an out of town Recruiter. I was in town for a few days and they did me a solid by taking care of an alterations order for me in a super expedient manner. Super friendly store. They care for the soldiers they serve and you can tell they want to do a great job for us soldiers....

Not sure how this place has such high ratings for the fort drum/Watertown area.. we dropped my husbands uniform off to be sewed on, and let’s just say it hasn’t been the best experience. We’ve been on leave for a month to PSC and when my husband walked in the lady questioned his rank of Sergeant (I’m assuming because he has a beard and has yet to actually in process) then just really didn’t care about the stitch job on his top or PC. Very disappointed considering the lady on the phone sounded so promising to have it done to perfection. Not the one to typically leave reviews but in consideration of my husband who is going to a BRAND NEW unit this is...

Meh, if you're active military and like brand new stuff at premium prices, this is for you.

I like the older stuff.

There are two stores that offer basically the same items in the immediate area at competitively high prices.

I will say the store layout was very organized, clean and neat.

Other than that, unless you are forced to replace an issued item that you lost in a pinch... I'd wait and order it on ebay or better yet go to a surplus store that doesn't have a stranglehold on the already underpaid folks...
