Ruyi Sushi Evans mills — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

The food was delicious. I had a great time by myself eating a beautiful sushi dinner. There’s a few things that bothered me about the place…

1. The prices that are in the menu at your table are not the prices that you will be charged. Keep that in mind. It said a hand roll is $4.99. My bill says it was $8.99 in the photo I have my receipt. The avocado salad said it was $4.99 on the menu. My bill says $8.99 in the photo of the receipt.
2. when you’re paying your bill and you have your waiter or waitress over you, of course you’re gonna hit the most tip because they’re breathing over your shoulder. Watch out for that too. I didn’t get ripped off too bad because it was only me and it wasn’t a big deal to give the waiter a couple extra dollars because they were pretty good. It was just the idea that I really didn’t want to give such a big tip and I felt I was forced to. Don’t forget about the sushi chefs when you’re tipping your waiter. That waiter is waiting to grab all of the tip money.
3. the tip that you leave on your credit card does not go to the sushi chefs. They gave me a dirty look when I walked out like I forgot… I threw a couple of dollars...

We are so glad that we stopped by at this fantastic restaurant. We were tired of eating in Watertown and thought we’d give something a try. That was “just outside the gate”. Sometimes you stay away from those places because of how close they are in proximity to post.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, top-tier, with a wide variety for everybody’s tastes. There was a broiled chicken appetizer with a yellow sauce that was so savory, but also mild and not overdone, really brought out the flavor of the chicken. A variety of traditional sushi and a few other raw dishes. A a seaweed salad that was really enjoyable. I wish I’d taken some pictures so you could see it. What are you guys doing outside Fort Drum!?

Eat here and enjoy a very sophisticated menu, BUT that also has traditional Chinese favorites like general chos or sesame chicken, etc—if someone in your party can’t embrace adventure, you can still go here and get what...

Very nice! I took my mom here for her birthday dinner and we had a nice time. For drinks, we both had boba tea, my mom mango and me green apple. Some of the tastiest drinks I ever had. For our food my mom had the shrimp udon noodles and she really enjoyed them. I had the crunch roll and for dessert I had deep fried cheese cake, my mom was too full to have any. Though we did split the sweet potato fries and the tako yaki for appetizers. All of which were very good, I’m a very picky eater so I was glad to try all these things and enjoy them! Our server who was also the manager was super nice and took very good care of us. The interior is very pretty and peaceful. I find it interesting that the inside looks bigger then it does on the outside.
