The location is great. However, some concerts way over sold. Sold out concerts are a shitshow with traffic, parking, lines to get in and concession lines. Expect to wait 30min or more for food or drinks. I've attended numerous concerts here, some good experiences some not so great. At my most recent, I had an issue with security, which was mind blowing. My friend and I walked up the brick road near the security stop and the ticket area. We were removed from the line, and security personnel stated that my friend was too drunk to enter. Before arriving, we both had approximately two alcoholic beverages. We were in no way drunk and in no way in the vicinity of even being questioned as to the denial of entering. My friend had on narrow boots, and the brick road is long and uneven. She was wobbling a little bit. This was poor judgment of your security. Also, my friend’s first language is Spanish. A racially insensitive comment was also made by security. Both of us were becoming upset and embarrassed at this point. When I said that we were unjustly singled out they stated that they pulled one guy out of the line earlier. So you are telling me at a sold out concert you only saw 1 guy drunk and then my friend who had two drinks???Security asked her to walk a drunk walk in front of everyone. Everybody in line was saying how wrong all of it was. She did so without a problem and became a little arrogant towards the end of it because she was already embarrassed, so staff continued to harass us. My friend and I are very fit people. Additionally, I believe we were both discriminated against because of our appearance and fit-shamed. After some arguing, parks police were called, and police deemed it satisfactory for us to enter. At this point, however, our night was already ruined after dealing with poor judgment, harassment, fit-shaming/discrimination, racial insensitivity, and embarrassment. My friend spent the next 15mins in the venue crying, and we left about 45min after that. The little bit of the performance we did see was good but super jam packed. I am angered at how the staff at Artpark treated us. As a business owner in the area, all my clients will hear about this. I suggest further training of your team. Maybe just better...

Our group went to see Fitz and the tantrums and have never been to the venue/location before. Lewiston, NY around the venue and i-90 were very well kept and the street leading to the venue was well manicured and super clean with beautiful kept stores/businesses. At the venue, the main parking lot was a $10 charge with polite attendants and very well maintained parking lot. The walk to the venue was about 5 minutes and is a slight hill with a nice clean wide sidewalk. No issues.. There were 2 lines that merged to 1 for a security scan/check. Very quick and well staffed. First stop was off to the venue main washrooms which were all clean and stocked... No issues here. Water and pop were $3 and food varies between $5 and $15. Beer was pricey at $14 for premium and $8 for a below average brand. Front of stage area was given wristbands after another ticket scan which allowed one to move in and out of the area to get drinks/food easily. Staff in the area were very nice and friendly... Easily answered any questions and ensured everyone was going to the correct location. There was an issue with an incoherent patron who security attended to within seconds to ensure everyone else's safety. Lots of security and police present. No issues or they were addressed very quickly. Amazing fun concert with excellent flow of patrons out of the venue. Police were present at the exits of the property. No issues and would definitely come...

First off, it’s way too small and crammed. They allow chairs and blankets and oversell shows where you can’t even find a spot. Unless you get there as early as you can and rush the lawn. Honestly for such a cramped space the only way to make it quote ā€œfairā€ for everyone is NO CHAIRS OR BLANKETS. Sorry old and overweight ppl but there’s not enough room. And we know how ppl are space and territory hogs. I’m not sure how profitable this place is but I’d love to manage a venue like this and completely overhaul the lawn area and expand the grass area. It needs it badly. Overall, prices are good and beautiful nature venue but they should expand it. Remove the upper VIP part to put more grass area and or infill the path and make the upper part bigger. Aside from that, I Always loved art park, but extremely angry they price gouge for their shows now on Ticketmaster for the week of the price jumps a lot! They used to allow you to purchase tickets directly on website. Why would they use these unfair and greedy ticket merchants who are ruining the concert experience for everyone by price gouging with outrageous fees!??? Art Park use your funds properly and have tickets directly on website. Plus shows start ridiculous early at 6 pm

First, I gotta say Artpark itself is a five star venue for me. I love it there, I've seen shows at the amphitheater and the outdoor stage and have always had a blast. However, they get three stars because they apparently don't realize when you're putting on huge rock shows that large crowds of people will want to purchase beer. They have one main beer stand that takes cards and cash, one that nobody knew about in a corner that took cash only, a VIP beer area that I've never bothered paying for. This year we saw a billboard that said you can "skip the line" by ordering online and picking up your drinks. So we did. Then we went to see where to pick up our drinks and that line was just as long as the other lines. We waited 20 to 30 minutes. Waste of time. Then they must have realized how pointless it was because when we tried to order our next round they had shut down online ordering. All I have to say to you ARTPARK is "figure it out."
