AT&T Store — Local services in Town of Lysander

I recently had MAJOR phone issues while overseas, and Bailey was the person who helped fix it. After being on the phone for 2 hours in Ireland and getting nowhere, I had to send a relative to the store to FaceTime me from there to get some help, and Bailey was there and VERY HELPFUL!

She did everything she possibly could to help us, and she truly saved the day. She was super kind and patient, and understood exactly what we needed to have happen. If it weren’t for Bailey, my trip would have been absolutely ruined.

I hope there are more “bailey’s” in the world, because we need more kind and helpful...

This is a charming AT&T location! I came in to inquire and make a purchase. Kristen & Christopher treated my son and I with world class service. They handled all my incoming barrage of questions regarding business needs such as their “fleet” service (which I can’t wait to discuss!) and they have a very clean and well organized store. Had great customer service. I came in with my phone not working. The employee spent time trying to fix it. When it couldn't be fixed, she was able to find me the best trade in possible for the most money. They didn't have the phone at her location though. So she spent time calling all the other nearby stores to try and find me a certain phone. She was able to find the last one in the area for me even though it meant someone else was getting the sale.
