This was my first bridal dress appointment and the overall experience set a high bar for any other appointment to follow. I was assisted by Jennifer who was kind and caring toward myself and my three guests throughout the entire appointment. Jennifer took time before pulling dresses to learn about me and my style, and was encouraging in a way that made me step outside of my comfort zone and try styles and dresses that I would not have necessarily chosen. I did not have high expectations as this was my first appointment and I did not know much about the process, and I have to say the Mirror Mirror is looking to give you the best experience they can. You are offered a private space for your fitting and you are given individual, undivided attention by your stylist. Throughout the appointment more stylists and staff pop in to talk you up and offer additional suggestions for dressed and alterations. Every time I put a dress on Jennifer was explaining how the dress could be altered or how something could be changed to fit my style more exactly. One of the most unexpected aspects of this appointment that I loved was that I did not see a single dress on me until it was pinned and clipped properly. Jennifer had every dress styled accurately before I ever stepped foot in front of a mirror. Until a later appointment I did not know how monumental this was in shifting my attitude towards the dressed I was trying on. If you are considering an appointment with Mirror Mirror I cannot suggest booking with them enough. While I am still scheduling some additional appointments I have every plan to circle back and order my top choice from them if I do not find anything I love better. I had the BEST experience at mirror Mirror. Heather is truly a fairy god mother!!! I had so much fun dress shopping with them! She went above and beyond for me. Not once did she complain or say anything about me being so Undeceive and she allowed me to try on over 25 dresses (no lie) and didn’t say a word. She was extremely helpful and Patient with me . Her service is really out of this word! I went to a few other local bridal shops and nothing compared to this one! There selection is unbeatable and the service is truly the best in the area!!! I went back a couple times to retry on dresses and not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. The shop is so cute and welcoming inside! I love how the set up is in there! Even though they had a limit of guest you could bring because of COVID heather was ready to go for us! She offered to video chat anyone I would like! She had fabulous lighting to truly show the colors/ designs of the dresses! Also a touch I absolutely loved about the shop is she had a tripod so all my friends and family who were on FaceTime could see the entire dress and I didn’t have to hold my phone when I was trying to talk to everyone and look at the dresses. Honestly the experience I received at Mirror Mirror is like no experience I received at any other bridal shop in the area!! When I had to decide on my dress it was without hesitation going to be at Mirror Mirror!!! Would recommend them for any bride! YOU WILL NOT BE...

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars I would have said 10,000 stars! Wow I really don’t even know where to start!😊 let’s just start by walking into the building boy was it stunning such a small cute place to shop for a wedding dress very Cousy I’m a shy type at first and then I’ll warm up if I feel comfortable…this was my 3rd wedding dress shop that I went to and let me just say it was a very fun and wild one. This is my top places that I went too this places blew every place I went to away! Getting greeted at the door with a big smile and big vibes and having my consultant ask me what my wedding will be like attracted me more to shopping there…(she was the first person to do that) My consultant who worked with us was fantastic very sweet, kind and listened to everything I wanted! I came to this shop not really know what I wanted because I’m a plus size woman but this place had an awesome selection for bigger woman..before coming to mirror mirror inc I had found a dress at a different shop that I liked a lot…but wasn’t in-love with it. My consultant made me forget that dress I tried on and had me come out of my comfort zones to love this dress I said yes to ❤️ I wanna say thank you to the store manager and my consultant for helping me pick my dress and veil out and sorry for keeping u guys late ❤️😊 much love for you guys I will be recommending you guys to everyone!❤️ (p.s-so excited to have a dress...
