Think Spring. Seeds are in. The sign says so. B'Ville Supply on the eastern edge of town has seen a few springs arrive and then transform into summer. Family owned, so the cashier with gray hair looks like the young man arranging sacks of bird food and potting mix. I wandered inside because the sign advertised local honey and maple syrup. B'ville has sold honey from two beekeepers for over two decades. I wanted to sit on the wide porch where hay and firewood stay dry. The young man brought me out a folding chair. Still too early to sell those Adirondacks chairs with the scalloped backs. Guess the place will be placing orders for chicks but none are yet on display. This must be the agricultural side of town because Byrne Farm dairy sells fresh milk across the street.
