BG1 — Restaurant in Town of Lysander

Outstanding! Walked in on this passed Sunday around 12:45pm knowing that they were only open til 2pm on Sundays. There to grab a quick bite to eat & a cocktail. Opened the front door to hear the music of a one man band (John London) to the patrons singing along & kids enjoying the atmosphere! Quickly grab the last 2 seats at the bar, ordered a signature chocolate martini (5stars) & hubby grabbed a beer. We were truly amazed at the cleanliness, vibe of this bistro, staff on point, excitement of all surrounding us. Ordered 2 brunch menu items that did not disappoint! From start to finish in our 1 hr and 15min lunch made an impression on this husband & wife that needed this lunch that we had!! My husband and I finally stopped into BG1 since they changed from greens and grains. It's just as cute and welcoming! Walked in and we were told to sit wherever we liked and given menus. We ordered the chicken cordon Bleu, the mini beef Wellys, and the Shepard's pie meatballs. Of those the best was definitely the mini chicken cordon Bleu! We also ordered a couple of drinks, the margajito was interesting! After we finished our first round we decided to give the honey pizza a try, I was a bit skeptical (I'm a picky eater) but it was delicious! The staff was very kind and attentive! This is my 1st time going since they redid the place I was hesitant because when I went before I had a horrible experience and tonight I think if we eat there it might have been different I'm not sure but I had a 10 minute drive home and did a pick up for Valentine's Day our order was 76$ which was absolutely insain with the quality and sizes. 3 bacon wrapped tiny potatoes was 13-15$ .. the chicken cordon bleu was hard as rock w some awful cheese inside non edible. thought there were new...
