I heard about Lyssa 2 1/2 years ago when I saw somebody’s extensions on Instagram. and I was instantly drawn in at how beautiful they were and how natural they looked. I’ve always wanted my hair to be longer thicker and just healthier looking and unfortunately, I just didn’t have that ability by myself. I went to Lyssa for a consultation for extensions and I instantly liked her. I could tell she knew what she was doing. She was friendly, very accommodating and listened to everything I asked and was very patient because I sometimes can be a little anxious about somebody doing my hair that I’ve never met and especially since I was about to invest some money which I have to say was 1,000,000% worth it. She was so experienced doing what I wanted done it was just so easy for me to trust her. When I went in for my appointment for my extensions, I was super nervous, but once she was done, and I looked in the mirror, I couldn’t believe how amazing my hair looked. Honestly, it was exactly what I have always wanted, and I never felt more beautiful and confident in my life, I am still going to her this day and I can vouch for her 100% and not To mention the salon is super cute and in an awesome location. Your hairdresser becomes a part of your life and you wanna be able to trust who you’re going to Always know when your appointment is done your hair is gonna look the best it ever has. Thanks...

So currently going through a miscarriage (obviously didn't plan this) had to cancel my appointment extremely last minute which was wrong yes I understand but I was in the hospital the night before with a infection because of the miscarriage (this is my third this year and has been extremely rough for me especially worse this time since I was further along) My hair dresser messaged me and I told her what was going on. She then told me that I have canceled last minute on her three times (that was definitely not the case I never canceled last minute I only ever rescheduled (had the flu and def was a couple days out from appointment and I wasn't going to risk getting anyone sick especially with the flu that gave me a 102 temp) but I still rescheduled did the hair color appointment and tipped like 100 in cash! After canceling due to literally miscarrying my babygirl I received a text demanding that I pay the owner the money via Venmo since I canceled! Seemed strange to me because owner was not the one doing my hair! If it was coming from the stylist asking me to pay her directly to make up for her time I would completely understand but the owner asking for a Venmo was extremely weird to me and was definitely not happening! Left the message on read! Very extremely...

Attempted to reach out to Dollhouse via Instagram yesterday to make a "surprise" appointment for my girlfriend for a fresh cut and color...was provided very vague feedback on what I should do along with tons of hoops to jump through to even schedule an appointment like know EXACTLY what service to choose (too many options), choose a hairdresser (I don't know who anyone is), have a consult (understandable), and have a hairdresser reach out via text if they would like to accept a new client??? No point/option to even make it a surprise at that point. Was offered to get a giftcard so she can do it herself at another time but I was trying to make this a last minute Christmas surprise. Overall just not a very good experience since I'm not a female/do not have the knowledge to just make a simple appointment... Place looks nice and has good reviews which I'm sure are well earned but it's not very accommodating to...
