I walked in upon my request from a Foot Doctor to get a new pair of sneakers, it was great in the very beginning. We looked at different shoes and sneakers. We did pick out one that I thought was going to be a good fit. I kept going back-and-forth about the shoe size because I was going to have inserts. He showed me it would be fine. Unfortunately, I bought a pair of Brooks sneakers and they really didn’t work for me. I had a lot of pain and I tried them out for a couple weeks. I did like that you could try them out for a month and still return them. My problem was when I return them, the person who sold them to me was there and I figured he would come over see what was going on, maybe try to help me find another pair or have a conversation. He did not he instead really didn’t acknowledge me and then walked over and did something else with his phone. I ended up just returning the sneakers...

Consistently the best shoe fitting experience. With the measurements of my foot profile and walking/running profile, I feel like I always leave with a proper fitting pair of shoes. The sales staff always listens to what I'm looking for, and while they provide great information on whatever I try on or look at, they never push toward specific products or brands which is really nice; I always feel like my purchases are completely my own choice. They're not mind readers though, you should ask questions or give feedback on what issue you want to resolve, what hasn't worked for you in the past, the things you do and don't like, etc. If you are unsure about something or simply don't know, ask the question or give them whatever information you do have, it's the best way for them to help you!

Recently I have gotten into outdoor running and knew my old pair of nike running shoes weren't cutting it when I kept suffering from shin splints. It was recommended to me to visit fleet feet and that they would take a scan of my feet to help find the best shoes. I came right in and was helped right away by a very kind older gentleman (I did not catch his name unfortunately). He was super knowledgeable and presented a few different options, explaining each one. He asked many questions to understand the type of running I was doing so he could help with the best selection. He used the scan of my feet to help narrow down options as well. I was able to test out the pairs by running on the treadmill so I knew I was making the best decision.
