We were very disappointed with our meal last night. The pork fried rice wasn’t fully cooked, in fact, it was crunchy. The bbq ribs were dry and their egg rolls are small which make them hard and dry as well. I cannot believe that I used to eat here over the year’s on almost a daily basis; whatever happened? Then to top it all off, I called to complain and you get questioned after driving there in a snow storm and you don’t live close by, and now you have no dinner. The best, most consistent chinese in malta/ballston spa, Ive lived here my whole life and tried all the fast food chinese places around here. Its take out aka fast food at the end of the day and its cheap. Some people expect a gourmet dining experience, thats not what you come here for. If you like take out chinese this place cant be beat.
