INCOMPETENT SCAM ARTISTS!

Had to get a blood test here for my young child. My wife made an appointment online, drove about 40 minutes to this location at the assigned timeslot, and the employees were too incompetent to be able to read a schedule. You would think that they could at least do that, given how much time they would supposedly be doing this each day, but no. The employee told my wife they couldn't fit my child in because another person was scheduled at that time, and no amount of pointing out the reserved time slot confirmation could change their mind. And for those about to ask, no cancellation notifications had been sent prior to this point. Ended up not getting the blood test appointment, and now we are scrambling with out of network options to keep things on track.

Another malicious thing that they do is withhold the location specific telephone number so there is no way to contact them with questions. The listed phone number leads to an endless phone menu, and if you want to talk to someone you have to be a doctor, not a patient (we have tried every option).

Blasting the AC so hard I had to wait outside. It’s 73 degrees outside and it feels like winter in your building. Uncomfortable for patients that have to sit and wait for your slow system. Additionally, there was only 1 employee working during my visit and she was completely ignoring walk-ins, not even acknowledging us to say how long it would be. She had no problem stopping everything she was doing to help someone make an appointment though (which she told everyone else they had to do online) which is time she could’ve been doing more blood draws. After helping just about everyone else in the waiting room, I decided to leave because it became clear the employee was helping literally everyone except me. 45 minutes wasted. Arrived for fasting Labwork as an insulin dependent diabetic to find ONE person on duty. We were unable to schedule an appt online for a reasonable early am appt during the time period indicated by our PCP so went in as a walk in. After waiting 40 minutes I got the attention of the one employee who did not want to bothered to speak to me but I persisted and was told there are NO appts until next week. I checked and all are too late in the morning. Went to Malta urgent care, had a short wait and was treated with respect by professionals. PLEASE don’t give this place your business when they obviously don’t care about you, your time or medical conditions. My husband and I need regular lab work and we will never return...
