My husband has a rare genetic severely painful disease. He has been on pain medication for 13 years. The manager is a wonderful non-judgemental person. However, other pharmacists are very judgemental and think of themselves first, not the patient. Humans are not algorithms. She will not fill my husband's meds because she doesn't want to be red flagged. When someone obviously lied, when other pharmacists said his medicine will be ready days ago, is very morally wrong and she is being bias. She doesn't realize that it wouldn't matter if she did get red flagged. My husband clearly needs his medicine per all agencies. So, even if she did get flagged, she wouldn't get in any trouble. Pharmacists are not a God. They should not judge people they do not know. All people on pain medication are not drug seekers. My husband would love nothing more then to not be in excruciating pain all the time. Put yourself in someone else's shoes, before you judge them. Humans are algorithms.
