If you are looking for a hot tub/swim spa look no further, Lauren & Andrew are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. They made our dreams of getting a hot tub come true quickly and made the process easy.

Being a hospital employee during Covid 19 has been very stressful for my family so we started looking for a tub in August to at least enjoy fall/winter. We initially were looking at another spa dealer in the capital district and actually had placed a deposit and ordered our tub. We were continuously were promised our tub would arrive on such and such date, which it did not. Every time we had to call that spa dealer and ask what happened and were given a run around (they didn't even have the courtesy to call us and let us know in actuality they had no set date for our tub to arrive). In the end after being promised a delivery date of end Oct/Nov the tub never showed and once again I called this spa dealer in the capital district (didn't have the courtesy to even call me) and was then told with no apology it wouldn't be until April!!!!!

We immediately asked for a refund of our deposit and began to look elsewhere. My wife found Life's Great Spas online and we called Lauren who got us in for one on one consultation immediately at the store in Malta. Lauren and Andrew were fantastic with answering all of our questions and assured us we would get a tub within just a few weeks. We also wound up paying the same amount of money and getting a significantly higher quality tub with way features.

Just a few weeks after that meeting, sure enough Lauren contacted me with a delivery date as promised and my tub was delivered in perfect condition and on time. Lauren & Andrew came to my house and delivered the tub themselves and took the time to review operations/maintenance in great detail. They really care about their business and their customers. I told Lauren everything happens for a reason and in the end I am so happy we did not go with the other place in the capital district. Lastly they had a recommendation for fantastic electrician John Bardin that works with them and he was able to handle all the electrical hookups at much more reasonable rate then any other quote we received.

We love our new hot tub!! After shopping around and not finding the right hot tub, the customer service, or even having our concerns or questions answered we almost decided maybe buying a hot tub wasn’t for us but after seeing a Facebook post we decided to take a drive to Life’s Great Spas and we are so glad we did!! From the minute we walked into Lauren and Andrew’s beautiful showroom we knew we were in the right place and told each other we should have went there first and we would have already been enjoying our hot tub!! Their exceptional customer service, their knowledge on all of their spas, and their professionalism was top notch and we knew right then we were buying our hot tub from them. We found the perfect model for us and they took the time to explain the benefits, features, and why the model we were selecting was the perfect model for what we wanted. They even helped with providing the name of the electrician who does a lot (if not most) of their customers electrical work needed and he did a fantastic job. The delivery crew was also amazing. We have a back sunroom/screen porch where we wanted it setup and they got it through the door and over a platform covering the stairs to the basement before going into the area it was going to be setup at with ease even though we were nervous about it going through the door and even over the platform. After delivery, they assured us that any questions we had, any concerns that came up, or anytime we needed to speak with them they always had their phones available. This after-sale commitment just shows how exceptional their customer service really is!! Andrew even came out after the hot tub was hook up, filled, and ready to use and walked us through an amazing demo on how to use all of the features, put in the chemicals for us and showed us how to keep the hot tub chemicals level and what to do when we need to balance the water, talked to us about proper care of the cover, the shell, and products to use to preserve the longevity of our new hot tub. We are over the moon with our new hot tub and all the nerves and uncertainty we had about being first time hot tub owners went away the minute we met Lauren and Andrew. If you are looking at purchasing a spa of any type don’t waste your time looking at other places and head right over to Life’s Great Spas and you will be enjoying your new spa soon. After visiting several different spa companies in the area we ended up at the Life's Great showroom in Malta. From the moment we stepped in the buying experience was different.

First, it wasn't a tent in a parking lot with salesmen and saleswomen brought in from outside the area to get you to buy today. In fact, there were no high pressure sales tactics at all. As first time buyers, Andrew took the time to educate us on the features and benefits of the different spa brands they sell as well as point out the differences in the quality of the competing brands by showing us the recent spas they replaced at customer's homes.

We were pleased to find a Life's Great spa with the perfect combination of features we wanted and the ordering process was seamless. We chose the model, shell color, cabinet color, paid a deposit, and were provided an estimate of when it would be delivered.

While waiting for the delivery, Lauren kept us updated on the order status and helped answer any questions asked, including questions about the wiring for the spa.

On the day of delivery Lauren stayed in constant contact with us to be sure we knew when to expect their arrival. Lauren and Andrew arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately moving the spa to the exact spot we wanted and set up the cover lifter, connected the electrical components, filled it with water, etc. They additionally provided us with a box of the balancing and stabilizing mixtures, pointed out the spa components, and answered every question we had. Besides printed guides, Lauren forwarded along some quick tips and tricks which made the rest of the startup process a breeze.

I had one follow-up question the next day and they responded right away. This is the best part about working with Andrew and Lauren at Life's Great - knowing that they are always quick to answer any questions, even after the purchase. I cannot say enough about what a great experience...
