I recently gotten a kitten a month ago and have been spending a lot of time researching the best nutrition options for him — while the big box stores carry some good items they don’t carry as many “small” / “natural” brands nor do they have as much variety as this store! What I love is that you can tell they truly care about animals — although I didn’t utilize their consultation service, I think it’s amazing they offer it.

Another bonus: I am autistic and struggle a lot with various things about the other stores — the lights are too bright, they tend to be VERY noisy, the music is too loud, etc. But this store, when I visited, had soft lighting and quiet music going. I went to this pet food store to inquire about a certain cat food. The gentleman explained they did not carry it. He showed me one of his products. The product sounded ok but I wanted to try the other product first. He appeared to become angry because i didn't purchase the food. He stated go try one of those big box stores, and walked away.
