Absolutely Incredible Facial Experience with Faith!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Faith, and I can honestly say it was one of the best skincare experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Faith made me feel completely at ease with her warm, calming presence and professional demeanor. She took the time to listen to my skin concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored the entire treatment to suit my needs.

Faith’s technique is both gentle and effective—every movement felt intentional and soothing with a detailed explanation about what products would be used along with what I would feel at that moment. The products she used smelled amazing and felt luxurious on my skin, and she explained each step as she went along without overwhelming me with too much information. I especially appreciated how thorough and precise she was during extractions—no pain, no redness afterward, just clear, glowing skin.

The ambiance of the treatment room was serene and relaxing, with soft music and subtle aromatherapy that really helped me unwind. I left the facial feeling not only refreshed and rejuvenated, but also genuinely cared for. My skin was noticeably smoother, more hydrated, and had a beautiful, healthy glow that lasted for days.

I recently had my hair wash and blow dried at this salon for the first time , and overall, it was an okay experience with a few ups and downs. Upon arrival, I was instructed to sit in a massage chair while I waited, which initially seemed like a nice touch. However, when the stylist was ready for me, I was taken to a different room that featured more massage chairs and a shampoo sink.

This is where things took a turn. I had never experienced having my hair washed while sitting in a massage chair, and unfortunately, the pressure from the chair was quite painful, prompting me to ask the stylist to turn it off. I also requested the waterfall rinse, but as she rinsed my hair, water splattered everywhere, leaving me quite wet. Thankfully, she adjusted the waterfall after I mentioned it, but it was still a bit distracting.

The shampoo was nice, and I appreciated that aspect of the wash, but the combined annoyance of the massage chair and the splattering water made it hard to fully relax. After the wash, she blow-dried my hair. Given my hair texture, I know it can be challenging to style, and I could tell that the stylist needed more experience to handle it effectively.

10/10 experience. I had my 2nd visit today and it was nothing short of amazing. As a licensed esthetician also working in the beauty industry, the blo and glo atmosphere is top notch. My first visit was a updo for a wedding I was attending and it came out so good. My 2nd visit was today and I received the 30 min head spa + blow out. This was my first head spa experience and I was obsessed. I felt so relaxed & warmed my body went into such a trance that I felt like I was levitating. The products used during the treatment smelt so refreshing and made me so relaxed with the aromatherapy. I have 22in extensions and my stylist still gave me amazing massages with the use of different tools and brushes. The bed was comfy and warmed and I was given a weighted blanket also which was the perfect touch. The spa is so clean, neat, and organized. The aesthetic is such a vibe. Very welcoming and inviting. All of the girls & the owner are so kind. It is worth every penny PLUS the hour and a half drive I commute as I am not always local in the area. I have seen Julia both times now and she is a doll!
