I had pizza delivered to me from here tonight. I had a medium cheese pizza, an order of mozzarella sticks, and the chocolate Oreo cake! Every one of these things, were absolutely perfect!!! Best pizza that I have had in quite a while for sure. The mozzarella sticks were so on point! Battered and cooked to perfection! Not greasy, and never ever fell apart! The cake, I can't say it better than, that cake was the bomb!!! Also, they arrived to me with my food about ten minutes before the 30 min they told me it would be. That's a big deal! A lot of pizza delivery will tell you 30 min , but it typically shows up in. 45 to an hour. The last thing that made this place stand out to me, is they were extremely polite on the phone. I knew that they were closing in less than an hour, I saw that when I googled pizza places that deliver by me, it was right by their name, the time they close. I asked if they were still doing delivery, they said absolutely!! Not one of them brought up the fact that they would be closing in less than an hour. Outstanding customer service put into play across the board. The 2 people I spoke to on the phone and the delivery boy. I highly highly recommend this...

We rented out Francesca's on a Monday night for my mom's Surprise 60th Birthday. WOW! Things couldn't have been more perfect. Manny and Sylvia were a pleasure to work with. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful!

We served our guests chicken marsala, 3 types of wings, garlic bread, penne vodka, 2 types of pizza, eggplant parm, garlic bread, salad and this yummy chicken cacciatore/sausage dish. They worked with us to stagger the items that came out so food was served late into the night - even with late night pizza! Manny allowed us to bring in our own birthday cake.

Our servers, Paige and Vicky were fabulous. They helped set up dessert, provided us with plenty of beverages, replenished food items, bussed, wrapped up left overs, tended to older guests, washed our dessert bowls and platters and cleaned up at the end. They were spot on with timing and maintaining communication with us. Everything we asked, they delivered with a smile.

Second time ordering from here. Had a pizza delivered it was good but it was cold. The delivery driver said she was new @ her job. We figured... ok we understand. Today 5/31/19 We ordered raviolis. Guess it was a miss because the sauce was very salty! So we called back to let them know we didn’t want any money back but just to let them know. We asked for a manager and we were told to hold on... hearing talking in the background.. The girl gets back on the phone and says the chef said they’ve been using the the sauce all day and no complaints on the sauce. Then I said I asked for a manager. The girl then replied I am the manager. Wow! Maybe she should be listening to the people who’s ordering and eating the food instead of the chef! Never again! Didn’t even ask how could they make it up to us. Took us $28 to know not to order...
