Rayon All in one, Appliance Super Store — Local services in Town of New Hartford

This is primarily for the Syracuse location. The customer service at the store was fine. The prices are fine. However, unless you can handle the delivery and set up, don’t go to this store.

We were told the delivery folks would bring the refrigerator we bought into the house and at the very least take our old one to the curb. We were also told they would call prior to delivery.

No call. They just showed up and left the refrigerator in our garage and said “We’re leaving,” and left. We had to muscle both the new one in and the old one out, plus call a plumber to unhook our old one and hook up the new one. (At overtime rate since the refrigerator was not dropped off until after 5pm).

Again, no issues at the point of sale in the store, but with the delivery. All told, it cost us as much as buying one from a big box store due tú the delivery folks.

I really wanted to recommend this place as it’s local, small, and the people at the Syracuse store were and are good folks. Yet, the delivery folks blew it. The 3 stars takes delivery...

I needed a new ventless dryer because our Samsung quit heating after many years of use. I saw an ad on Facebook for a new smart Samsung dryer the same size as my old one. The current model was on Home Depot's website for $1200.00. Rayon was selling the same exact model for half that with the same warranty. When I got to the store the employees were polite and answered all my questions. The only dent was in the back top corner which I would not even see once installed. All the new holding tape pieces were still in place. I purchased the dryer and two workers plastic wrapped and loaded it into the bed of my truck with ease at their loading dock. These guys are absolutely scam artists. At their store location, everything is yes, yes, we can't handle it.. And when they get your money they don't know about anything else. I had to personally help them get an appliance out of the house when they wanted to remove my door unnecessarily. I paid for a service and they did not provide. I would highly recommend that no one waste their money on these...
