Burlington — Local services in Town of New Hartford

We had extremely poor service yesterday I was very disappointed! While me and my 8 year old Autistic child who is not fluently verbal waiting in the line to get refund back on item that we purchased a day before , my son was impatient waiting In the line and wanted to go pee in the bathroom. I asked the cashier if we can go use bathroom and I leave my staff on the desk , she said theirs bathroom is not for customers use only employees in rude expression I pleased her again and my son couldn't hold it and pee in his shorts! I was very upset she didn't say anything just ignored us. She didn't even put yellow sign around the wet floor or anything! Her name was Joanna. Somebody could slip and fall which that could lead to lawsuits but she didn't do anything about it as employee. I'm very very disappointed on the customer service she provided . My foot will never ever come to that store, I would rather drive to Syracuse Burlington and spend my money then to come to a store where the employee don't care about their customers who spend plenty of money every week...

Updated 12/2024 I went here in December & boy was I shocked on how the store looked like!! I even spoke with the manager, Jennifer, who was pleasant. I took some updated pictures. I think the key is to get to get to this store early before the general population destroys it. It's really a shame just destructive people are & their children.

I am disappointed with this store. I would have thought of being in the N. H. area, it would bring an upscale vibe. Sad there's hardly any employees working & the people that shop in there who bring there children, do not supervise them at all. Many times, there were kids running through the aisle, dropping merchandise, and making it a trip hazard for other shoppers. I've witnessed kids breaking merchandise & running off. I don't get this sort of behavior & why it is tolerated in the store. I'm quite sure if there were more employees there to hold people & their children accountable for their actions, this wouldn't happen. It's just not an enjoyable experience...

Burlington is one of my favorite stores to shop at, and the New Hartford location is no exception. The store has a great selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories for the whole family, and the prices are unbeatable.

One of the things I love about Burlington is the quality of the merchandise. Despite the low prices, the clothing and accessories are well-made and on-trend. I always find something I love when I shop here, whether it's a new sweater for myself or a cute outfit for my kids.
