7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

Their mission is to be "serving premium coffee in record time... cranking out all kinds of custom-hand crafted drinks. So, I expected a variety of coffee drink options and house made syrups... delivered fast. All of their coffee drinks are espresso based so if you want a variety of coffee roast levels and natural flavor profiles, this is the premium coffee place for you. They have probably 50+ syrups flavors to choose from so if mass market lattes are your go-to, this is a great place. None of those syrups are made in house. So, customization is certainly an option but hand-crafted really just means they pulled an espresso, pumped some syrup, and shook it up... by hand. The building looks new, polished, and clean but it's just a drive-thru so I can't say the atmosphere is amazing. The staff seemed very friendly, having interacted with no less than 4 of them in my single drive through. The location is awful, which is why the 1 star for atmosphere. You are essentially committed to being in line from the second you turn into the lot. If you don't want anything from the menu, I hope it's a short line of cars because there's no way around once in line. We were hoping for a solid cup of black coffee and didn't want an Americano, which is the closest they offer. We had to wait 16 minutes for the 4 cars ahead of us so that we could exit. The entrance/exit is also very tight, trying to squeeze 1 entry and 2 exit lanes into just barely 3 lanes. On exit, you're immediately at a light for a busy intersection and you're on an incline. A car trying to pull in could barely make the turn, the car in front of us had nowhere to go, and we couldn't back up out of their way since there's not much room between the drive-thru and the exit. Overall, it's probably a great location for a quick, large variety of lattes and other sugary drinks to get you going throughout the day and I wish them well but it's was not the premium, hand-crafted, fast experience I was hoping for. What can I say… 7brew is my go to place! Every morning i’m there to start my day and once again around lunch time or even dinner time some days haha and I’m not going to say the amount of times I’ve visited but…… it’s ALOT! I also have a 3 and 1 years old that go with me everyday and I like how quick I’m in and out because as most of you know kids get antsy sitting still in a drive-through! But My 3 year old looks forward To a chocolate chip muffin top and a lemonade. I also want to note that no matter what time of day I go or what crew/ shift is working or if it’s 90 degree weather or pouring rain that they are always in a GREAT mood! And their Work ethic, amazes me Because let’s face it, no matter where you go nowadays That the work ethic, Just is not there anymore so to see how they work in the elements and moody customers that think they will be in and out in 15 seconds and causes scene, and still greet you and the next vehicle and the next With a smile And politeness! I've emailed (no reply) and called corporate twice (calls keep dropping on their end, nobody calls back).

11/9/24 we pulled up and a man stepped up to take my order. I was about to speak when he abruptly left me for the car beside me. The driver (whom he clearly knew) gave him trash from her car to take inside and he made two trips - all while I was sitting there waiting to place my order. The familiarity was clear with other employees inside, too - and everyone working, including the girl in the car, saw nothing wrong with him leaving me hanging to essentially goof around. I just drove off without ordering - he still wasn't coming back to take my order. I loved everything about 7 brews but I will not share my money with them again. It's not cool to tout that you are "cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through your service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere" only to abandon the absolute basest of customer...
