The parking and traffic situation here is abominable. I only come here if I absolutely have no choice. Because the only PetSmart in the region is here, I have to come here more than I like, meaning every trip is an ordeal. As a temporarily disabled person, I can't shop at the Walmart because people are cruel if you use the scooters. I can sometimes use crutches, in which case people are nicer, but it's usually impossible to limp/hop that far and push a cart by myself. But on a busy day there are no charged scooters, and even when there people sneer at you, ignore you, or, in the case of one lithe young woman in her 20's, look you dead in the eye, practice a pirouette that crosses your path so you have to come to a jolting, painful halt and the crutches fall out of the basket, and then dance off giggling. Because really, I needed to be reminded by her of all that I have lost. And then have to sit and wait for people to turn for another 10-15 minutes so you can actually drive out of there. I won't even use Walmart's pickup service there anymore. I will pay delivery fees and gas money I can't afford to go...

Read moreExcept for some staple stores this mall doesn't have much going for its self. Constant closings of stores (even before covid) and not much attraction! TBH I tend to park to home goods, hit up holister, express FO, (sometimes boscovs) and target then leave. Everything else I can just go online. I would love to see a Spa, maybe a revamp to the food court, perhaps more kiosks for seasonal businesses in the area, i.e.such food market, repurposed items by individuals, face painting for kids, seasonal plants, etc. things that make you want to actually come see whats going on at the mall. I know theres cost and risks involved but if the property management actually cared they would get creative. Heck maybe even a free flea market once a month...
