I have visited this store five times. I have zero bike basic repair skills. They were patient, willing to assist with adjustments that other bike shops charge for. I smashed my front brakes with my bike rack and Jonah fixed it on the spot in the parking lot at no charge. He then helped me in the shop to select new tires for both of my bicycles. went to them for a few repairs and a new wheel. the repairs took much longer than any other bike shop I've encountered (3 days), were more expensive than any other bike shop I encountered, and when I got my bike back they hadn't performed typical fix ups any good mechanic could take care of in a couple of minutes. when we pointed out the things still wrong with the bike they became very defensive.
