I entered this establishment to purchase a bottle of liquor, and the cashier while speaking to two customers implied I was a CHILD extremely rudely. “Speaking of children- are these your kids? Haha!” Upon asking for my ID BEFORE MY PURCHASE, I had mine, a friend who did not bring theirs was not purchasing nor was under the legal drinking age. Read moreThe gentlemen in the store were very polite and helpful. The woman behind the counter was rude and condescending. My son was with me and was standing with me at the counter. He's not 21 and I said he's with me. She very nastily waves him back with "you can't be at the bar" which would have been fine but she proceeds to say back, back waving her hands away like he was a diseased animal without even a please. Read moreThe atmosphere was really nice but the owners manners really killed the feel for me. Maybe I'm just an old fashioned southerner but the owner/management was very rude. Brushing by me without saying a word, a I was looking for a recommendation. Likely unintentional I felt as though I was impeding on her time and an outsider. Granted my attire portrayed a seemingly lackadaisical attitude, but it was Friday and I am on vacation!
