They sell "Disney" pins, but they're fakes. What makes it outrageous, is they'll lie to your face and tell you that you can trade them at Disney Parks(this is false). They also have a Facebook post(from June, I believe) claiming that you can trade these. I even bought one and brought it to Disney World in early September just to see how it would go. Cast Members can spot these a mile away. It's obvious to any collector that these are "scrappers"(they're called scrappers because their only value is as scrap metal). But imagine a small child excited to pin trade at Disney only to be told that what they have is garbage. Obviously, this makes it difficult to trust that anything they sell authentic. It's a really really bad look for a collectibles...
Read moreI stopped in today to check out the space, and it's a massive venue. I asked the front desk about renting a booth for vinyl car decals, but was told they already had someone selling those, so I couldn’t get a spot. We looked around and didn’t see any vinyl decals anywhere. Given the size of the place, I thought they could have set us up on the opposite side of the store from this "mystery vendor" who doesn’t seem to exist. Meanwhile, there were multiple vendors with rows of Funko Pops. It just didn’t make sense. Not a huge loss, but it was surprising they didn’t ask more questions or seem open to working with us, especially with so many empty cases around. Probably won't be back to this location...
Read moreThis is a really niche antique emporium that is fortunate right up my alley. I got a couple old photos that were decently priced. Theres a lot of saturday-morning culture themed items here which is interesting to see at an antique store. Lots of horror items as well. Clerks were nice from what i've experienced but i wont denounce other's experiences with clerks here. As a comic collector, the comics were overpriced, but is not out of the ordinary for an antique store, not a comic book store. Cool to stop by during my trip to NF....
