Every single time I go in to this particular Burlington the lost prevention security guard in the front leaves much to be desired. Not sure if it’s an intimidation tactic or what, but treating paying customers as if we have stolen something as soon as we leave the cashiers line is a bit excessive. And he doesn’t care to hide it either. I understand there’s a job that needs to be done, but making it a point to speed walk to the door and ice grill particular customers on their way to the exit after leaving the cash register as I mentioned is extremely unnecessary. I’ve gone in here a few times, despite the fact the merchandise is worth looking at I will not be returning just for the simple fact that is allowed. Read moreI am a loyal and certified member of Burlington, within 2 days I spent approximately $1,114 dollars but the 2nd day I didn’t like how I was treated at all. The 2nd day(today around 10:50am) I went because I wanted to get more stuff , I went with my 11 year old son. I didn’t like how I was treated. There was a security guard with the description who was a black male with dreads. I wanted to use the bathroom so I told him my son would stay in the front with my purchased items while I quickly went to the bathroom. While I was in the bathroom he followed me and came to knock and see if I was using the bathroom. I didn’t like that at all. I’m reporting because as a loyal customer of Burlington he made me feel as if I was someone suspicious, Was it because I’m black? I don’t know what in my appearance concludes a suspicious. If this is how it is I will have no problem canceling and cutting ties...
Read morewow ... so i heard this place needed some new hires i just got finished applying and Immediately got rejected when i have more than enough qualifications called to see why a rude manager picked up so i immediately hung up and realized the problem lol …. based on your reviews i wouldn't wanna work for another company who doesn't have standards for their store nor good customer experience and has incompetent employees who don't care ... good customer service makes people come back and shop at your store keeping your store clean can create a healthy and happy environment for not only the employees but the customers as well and making sure the customer is taken care of is my top standard ! no customer should be told to " figure it out " while looking for a product nor should your store be that disorganized !...
