Wingstop — Restaurant in Town of Niskayuna

Had to wait 45 minutes for our food. While we sat there and watched as Customers that ordered online and door dashed immediately came in and got their food and left after while we had to sit there and wait 45 minutes for our food along with others who were there for an hour as well. No ice in Soda machine. When we went to ask one of the workers why they Were making the online and DoorDash orders first instead of the people that came in to order they just said that’s how they’ve been doing it. It smelled of must And dirty socks too. Not to mention upon receiving the food...

I ordered from Wing stop for lunch with a couple of my co workers. This was the first time that we ordered from there. I have to say all three of us were highly disappointed with the quality of their food. we ordered the garlic parmesan chicken tenders, 4 different types of boneless wings. They were very all very bland. They hardly had any seasoning on it and felt like it was a frozen chicken. The fries were not cooked enough. They were soggy and mushy. Overall experience won't be returning...

Went to pick up a order and there where only 4 customers and 6 people in the kitchen and after 5 minutes I just asked “how long is the wait I’ll just wait in the car” she tells me they are bagging it and I asked her to check to see if it was ready! I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for 2 things and turns out it was sitting there for a half hour and she wasn’t checking the right place “door dash orders” she was so rude...
